Who I am and what I work on.
I am Dhruv Naik, a machine learning engineer working at the intersection of research and product, where the goal is to turn strong ideas into systems that hold up in real user workflows. At Curai Health, and previously in startup and applied ML environments like YOU.com and Verloop, I have focused on NLP, search and ranking, and experimentation-driven product iteration, while also staying close to teaching and research through Carnegie Mellon’s ML ecosystem (including graduate research and the Alexa Prize work). I enjoy building with a learning mindset: shipping, measuring, and continuously refining models based on what users and real data teach us.
